24 Rubbish Removal is a Dubai-based rubbish and junk removal company operating across the full emirate — from Dubai Marina and JBR to Arabian Ranches, Mirdif, Al Quoz, and Sharjah border communities. We are Dubai Municipality licensed waste operators. Every load we collect is handled in compliance with Law No. 18 of 2024 and routed to approved disposal, recycling, or donation facilities.
We started this company because we saw a clear gap: most rubbish removal operations in Dubai either run a free-only model that refuses most of what people actually need moved, or they quote vague “call us” prices, show up late, and have no idea how to deal with a 35th-floor apartment in a Marina tower. We do things differently.

We don’t publish fixed price lists because every job in Dubai is different — a ground-floor villa in Arabian Ranches is a completely different job to a 28th-floor apartment in JLT with a tight service elevator window and a 2-hour access slot. 📋 DM Licensed and Fully Compliant
We are Dubai Municipality licensed waste operators. For construction, renovation, and commercial waste, we issue Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) digitally through the DM Montaji platform as required under Law No. 18 of 2024. Every load is traceable. Every movement is documented. This matters because under Dubai law, if waste is illegally disposed of by an operator you hired, you as the waste generator can still be held liable. Working with a licensed operator protects you.
♻ Responsible Disposal
Nothing we collect gets fly-tipped. Usable furniture, appliances, and electronics are donated to community charity networks. Recyclables are routed to Al Qusais recycling hub. Non-recyclable general waste goes to the Warsan Waste-to-Energy facility. Construction debris goes to DM-approved transfer stations. We can provide disposal documentation on request.

Compliance and Licensing
We operate under the full regulatory framework of Dubai Municipality’s waste management laws, including Law No. 18 of 2024. Key compliance points:
- Dubai Municipality licensed waste operator — ask us for our trade licence number before booking if you need it for records
- All commercial and construction waste loads documented with WTNs via the DM Montaji platform
- Waste routed to DM-approved facilities — Al Warsan transfer station, Al Qusais recycling hub, Warsan Waste-to-Energy plant
- E-waste handled via DM-approved processors — not mixed with general waste
- Hazardous waste (asbestos, medical, chemical) is outside our scope — we refer to specialist contractors and advise you honestly
A note on unlicensed operators: Dubai Municipality’s Law No. 18 of 2024 makes the waste generator (that’s you, the homeowner or business) potentially liable for improper disposal — even if you paid someone else to handle it. Always ask for a trade licence number and ensure any commercial or construction waste comes with a WTN. We provide both.
