While we operate 7 days a week and provide same-day service for jobs booked before 9am, we cannot guarantee availability for all requests at all times. Same-day and emergency slots are offered where available and confirmed individually for each booking.

All service bookings are confirmed only after direct communication — by phone call or WhatsApp — between you and our team. A service is not confirmed until you have received verbal or written confirmation from us with a specific time window.

3. Pricing Information

This website does not display fixed prices for rubbish removal services. All pricing is individualised based on the specific job — including but not limited to: the volume and type of waste, the number of items, the floor level and lift access in apartment buildings, the complexity of building access, the Dubai community or location, and whether same-day or scheduled service is required.

All prices are confirmed by phone call before any work commences. No charge is applied until a firm price has been agreed between 24 Rubbish Removal and the client. Any indicative price ranges mentioned informally (including in WhatsApp conversations during the quoting process) are estimates only and subject to on-site assessment where required.

5% VAT applies to all services in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
